How your order arrives
In short: many of our products ship directly from Korea. They take between 6 and 15 days to arrive at your home and all have a tracking number.
Your order's journey, step by step
- We confirm your order. You receive an email as soon as you pay.
- Preparation (1 to 3 business days). Your order is prepared and packed.
- Leaves Korea. We send you an email with your tracking number.
- Travels to Europe. The carrier takes it by plane and the tracking is updated.
- Final leg. Upon arrival, a local carrier delivers it to your home.
A real example
This is the journey of one of our orders, as it appears in the carrier's tracking (YunExpress):

| Oct 27 | Arrives at Incheon International Airport and the departure from Korea is processed. |

| Oct 29 | Customs clearance in France is completed and it is ready for delivery in Spain with CTT. |
Time until leaving Paris: 6 days. Every order is different: this is a real example, not a date guarantee.
How to track your order
Use the tracking number from the shipping email. It may take a while to update after the order leaves. If you don't see any changes for several days, this is normal during the initial stages.
