Returns Policy — Naome Skin

🔄 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.

✅ Return Conditions

• The product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
• It must include all original items (brochures, samples, etc.).
• Personal hygiene or care products that are opened or used cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. This applies for health and hygiene reasons in accordance with Article 103.e of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers.

📩 How to Request a Return

1. Write to us at info@naomeskin.com with the subject line "Return — order no.".
2. Indicate your name, order number, and reason for the return.
3. Wait for our confirmation before sending the product — we will provide you with instructions and the shipping address.
4. Ship the product securely and keep the shipping receipt.

Do not send any product without prior confirmation. We are not responsible for packages received without authorization.

💶 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or we made an error with the order, in which case Naome Skin will cover the full cost.

💰 Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

🛠️ Defective Product or Order Error

If you have received a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, write to us with a photo of the item and the packaging. In this case, Naome Skin will cover all costs and send you a replacement or process a full refund.
