NaomeSkin Shipping
Shipping at NaomeSkin: we work with international suppliers to offer Korean beauty and personal care products. Our goal is for your order to arrive clearly, securely, and with the necessary information during each stage of the process. Before finalizing your purchase, you will be able to review your order details and the applicable shipping conditions.
Shipping area
For now, we only ship to mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or abroad.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 15 business days from the purchase date: 1 to 3 business days for order preparation and 5 to 12 business days for shipping and delivery once the order leaves our supplier. Delivery times may vary due to item availability, high-demand periods, or circumstances beyond NaomeSkin's control.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend keeping this in mind if you need to receive an order by a specific date. We will carry out the corresponding processing so that you can receive your purchase within the indicated estimated timeframe.
Shipping costs
- Orders from €39: free shipping.
- Orders under €39: €4.95 shipping costs.
You will see the applicable amount at checkout before confirming payment, so you can review the total of your order transparently. We do not charge additional fees outside of the amounts shown during the purchase process.
Order tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the number so you can check the delivery progress. Please note that tracking updates may take a short period after the order has been prepared or picked up by the carrier.
Important information
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. If you detect an error after completing your order, write to us as soon as possible so we can review the available options. Once the order has been prepared or shipped, it may not be possible to modify the delivery information.
