Shipping Policy — NaomeSkin

⏱️ How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders go through two phases:

• Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.
• Shipping and delivery: an additional 5 to 12 business days once the order leaves our supplier.

In total, you can expect your order in approximately 6 to 15 business days from the purchase date.

These timeframes are estimates. External factors such as customs, holidays, or occasional logistical issues may affect them. If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, write to us and we will handle it.

❓ Why these timeframes?

NaomeSkin works with certified Korean K-Beauty cosmetics suppliers. The products are shipped directly from the supplier to your home, which allows us to offer you authentic products at competitive prices. This logistics process takes a little longer than conventional local shipping, but guarantees the traceability and authenticity of each product.

💶 Shipping costs

• Orders from €39: free shipping.
• Orders under €39: €4.95 shipping costs.

You will see the applicable amount at checkout before confirming payment.

🇪🇸 Shipping area

For now, we only ship to mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or abroad.

📦 Order tracking

🔄 Returns and exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations. See our Returns Policy for more information.
